Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds for paid consultations:

1. Consultation Bookings

• 15-minute Clarity Call ($35) and 30-minute Deep Dive Session ($50) are paid in full at the time of booking.
   

• Payments are processed securely via Kajabi or our integrated payment system.
   

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
   

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.
   

3. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on completed consultations.
   

• If we cancel your session for any reason, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
